The ceremony will begin promptly at 13:00 so please arrive from 12:00 and be seated by 12:45.

Yes, there is parking for 60 cars at the venue. There are 2 disabled parking spaces outside the venue and an overflow carpark if required.

Yes, there is WIFI available for guest use. Mobile phone coverage is generally good in the venue but drops down by the ponds and Honeymoon Cabin.

We invite you to be fully present with us and kindly ask that phones and cameras are turned off during the ceremony. Our wonderful photographer Hannah will be taking professional photos throughout the ceremony which we’ll be happy to share with everyone later.

Yes, there is a bar at the venue. We will be providing welcome drinks, wines and a Prosecco toast. Additional beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks can be purchased at the bar. Last orders will be taken at 23:45.

Yes, camping is available at the venue for £20pp for 1-2 nights. There is ample space for tents, caravans and motorhomes at the rear of the venue (no electric hook-up). Includes toilets, showers, hairdryer & straighteners. This can be booked directly through The Barn at Pengelly. Check in from 14:00 the day before the wedding and check out before 10:00 the day after.

We don’t have a strict dress code, we kindly ask that you wear Smart Casual or Cocktail attire.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors on the bottom terrace. In the event of rain, we will relocate indoors. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the day and to dress appropriately for an outdoor setting.

We have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception intimate with close family and friends. Because of this, we’re unfortunately unable to offer plus ones. Thank you for your understanding and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
